Returns and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Therefore, we accept returns and exchanges on products that are intact, not used, and in their original packaging.
Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will not be able to process any returns or exchanges. Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Please make sure that the product is securely packaged and shipped back to us with a tracking number. Once we receive the product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
